At Taco Bell, all our Managers play a vital role in our restaurants. The Restaurant Leader is the one managing the restaurant. They must be skilled at staffing, training, and scheduling, while maintaining support in financial management and restaurant maintenance. Our Assistant Restaurant Leader, needs to be able to support the Restaurant Leader and perform similar tasks. Shift Leaders should be skilled at effective leadership and manage our Team Members in everyday operations.
